Business plan writing, with a five-year financial model.

I write investor- and lender-ready business plans with full five-year financials, for founders who genuinely need one. And I will tell you honestly if you do not.

What's included

Who this is for

Founders applying for grants or public funding that requires a full written plan.

Businesses raising debt or a bank loan, where the lender wants the plan and the numbers.

Applicants to visa routes like the UK Innovator Founder visa that require an endorsed plan.

Later-stage or institutional raises where the diligence goes deeper than a deck.

How we work

  1. 01

    A conversation first

A paid 30-minute consultation to work out who is actually asking for this plan, and therefore what it needs to do.

  2. 02

    The model

I build the five-year financials from your real assumptions, so the numbers hold together and survive questions.

  3. 03

    The plan

I write the full plan around the model, making one coherent, credible case for that specific audience.

  4. 04

    Ready to send

You get it formatted and finished, ready for the bank, the assessor, or the investor.

Outcomes

You end up with a plan that does the job the gatekeeper actually needs it to do, with financials that stand up to questions. And if a plan is not what you need, you will know that before you have spent a penny on one.

Common questions

Do I actually need a business plan?
Often not. Most early-stage founders raising from angels or early VCs need a strong pitch deck, not a full plan. A business plan earns its keep for grants, debt, visas, and later-stage or institutional money. I will be honest about which camp you are in before you spend anything.
Does it include financial projections?
Yes. A proper five-year financial model is part of the plan, built from your real assumptions rather than round-number guesses, so the numbers hold together under scrutiny.
How much does a business plan cost?
It depends on scope and complexity. A full plan with a five-year model is a larger piece of work than a deck. We agree the fee in the first consultation, which is $125.
How long does a business plan take?
Longer than a deck, mostly because of the financial model. We set a realistic timeline once we have scoped it together in the consultation.
