Strategic advisory for founders, startups, & scale-ups.
Talk to me about your pitch deck
Founded by Will Bryant, 2016.
Paid consultations, 30 to 60 minutes.

I work with founders and professionals at every stage. From the first pitch to the exit, building a business is a way of life. It shapes the rest of your week, the rest of your year, and most of the decisions you make in between. The work I do is practical: raising capital, entering markets, selling the company, telling the story for the first time. But I take the bigger picture seriously, because I know it isn’t separate from the deck.
I’ve built and scaled startups from day one through exit. I started at Wells Fargo, focused on fundraising and investor relations. From there I led operations at CAKE Technologies before we sold to American Express. I then drove GTM strategy and commercial operations at Quandoo and Fresha. Most recently, I co-founded Reztorer, which exited in early 2025. That journey taught me what founders actually need.
Most engagements take one of a few shapes, whether that’s getting ready for a raise and running it well, a pitch deck written and designed end-to-end, a business plan with a five-year financial model, market research and competitive intelligence, a Confidential Information Memorandum, an investor one-pager, or a strategic advisory retainer.
Every engagement starts with a conversation. I want to understand what you’re actually trying to achieve, and what’s really on your mind. I’ll be honest about whether I’m the right person to help, because I wouldn’t want to sell you anything that wouldn’t genuinely add value.

Are you a coach or a guru?
No. I don't sell courses, I'm not a life coach, and I'm not a guru. I'm someone with real-world operator experience who enjoys building cool things with driven people. The work I do is practical, not aspirational.
What's your background?
I started at Wells Fargo, focused on fundraising and investor relations. From there I led operations at CAKE Technologies through to its acquisition by American Express. I went on to drive GTM strategy and commercial operations at Quandoo and Fresha, and co-founded Reztorer, which exited in early 2025. My background is on the founder's and operator's side of the table, not just the consultant's. That shapes how I advise now.
What does pricing look like?
Most engagements take a week or less, but it depends on scope. Focused work like a pitch deck, one-pager, or strategy session can be turned around in a few days. Larger projects like a full business plan with five-year financials or a Confidential Information Memorandum take longer. We agree the specific scope and fee in our first conversation. The 30-minute consultation is $125, with 45 and 60 minute sessions at $155 and $185.
What happens in the 30-minute consultation?
Bring whatever's on your mind: a deck to review, a raise to plan, a market to size, or a strategic question you're stuck on. Thirty minutes, paid ($125), focused. You leave with a concrete next step.
Where are your clients based?
I've worked with 1,500+ clients across 78 countries and territories since 2016. The largest concentration is in the UK, US, and Europe, with steady flow from the Middle East, Australia, and Asia. I'm London-based and work globally on Zoom.
Do you offer ongoing advisory retainers?
Yes. Strategic advisory retainers are a regular part of the practice, usually with founders preparing for a major moment (raise, sale, market entry) or scale-up CEOs who want a regular sounding board. I structure each retainer around the specific situation, typically on a monthly basis.
Do you take equity instead of fees?
Occasionally, in certain unique circumstances and usually post-seed. My default is fee-based work. Equity is reserved for the right long-term partnerships where I'm deeply embedded with a founding team.
