What we do

I work with founders and business leaders on the work that matters. Raising capital. Entering markets. Selling the company. Telling the story clearly for the first time.

I’ve built and scaled businesses from day one through exit. I led operations at CAKE Technologies before we sold to American Express. I then drove GTM strategy and commercial operations at Quandoo and Fresha. Most recently, I co-founded Reztorer, which exited in early 2025. That journey taught me what founders actually need.

Most engagements take one of a few shapes: a pitch deck written and designed end-to-end, a business plan with a five-year financial model, market research and competitive intelligence, a Confidential Information Memorandum, an investor one-pager, or a strategic advisory retainer.

Every engagement starts with a conversation. I want to understand what you’re actually trying to achieve. I’ll be honest about whether I’m the right person to help, because I wouldn’t want to sell you anything that wouldn’t genuinely add value.
