This website is run by Impact Change Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12822201, whose registered office is at Flat 12 Sheffield Park House, Sheffield Park, Uckfield, TN22 3QZ. In these terms, I and me mean Impact Change Limited, and you means the person using the site, sending a brief or booking a call.

The site explains what I do and offers free guides and resources for founders. Everything on it is general information, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it isn’t a substitute for advice on your own situation. I check the resources carefully, but funds, schemes and offers change, so check anything important with the source before you rely on it.

The words, guides and designs on this site belong to Impact Change Limited. You’re welcome to share links to them, but please don’t copy them wholesale or publish them as your own. Links to other websites are there for convenience, and I’m not responsible for what those sites say.

Consultations are booked and paid for in advance through Appointlet, with payment taken by Stripe. The length and the price are shown before you pay. A consultation is a paid call with me, and any work that follows is scoped and priced separately and only starts once we’ve agreed it in writing.

Sending a brief is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. I reply with a written quote, usually within 2 working days, setting out the scope, the price and the timeline. The quote is an offer to do that work, and nothing starts until you’ve accepted it in writing.

You can move your call to another time if you give at least 48 hours’ notice, using the link in your booking confirmation or by emailing me. Consultation fees are not refundable, including when a call is cancelled or missed. If I have to move a call, I’ll offer you new times, and if none of them suits you, I’ll refund you in full.

These terms are written for people booking for their business. If you book as a consumer, nothing in them affects your statutory rights.

If we agree a piece of work after a call or a brief, the written quote, proposal or agreement for that job sets out what’s included, the price, the timetable and how payment works. Where it differs from these terms, that document applies.

Anything you share with me about your business is kept confidential and used to give you advice and do the work you’ve asked for.

I give my advice carefully and honestly, but the decisions you make with it are yours, and I can’t promise any particular result, such as raising investment or securing a loan. As far as the law allows, my total liability to you for a consultation or a piece of work is limited to the fees you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute about them.
